Term of Adhesion and Use

IV. OF THE ASSOCIATION

SexyRede.com emphasizes that, in specific cases, in which there is an express judicial request in this regard, it may keep in its system, for a period longer than 180 regular days, data and information from extinct or inactive profiles.

In order to enable contact by third parties who are not registered on the site and who are interested in seeking information about the service provided or reporting any false profiles, contact is provided through the email support@SexyRede.com.
You can remove your data from our website at any time by going to https://www.sexyrede.com/setting/profile-setting (Delete Account). If you have activated your access by redeeming Points, we reserve the right to Block the deletion of the Profile. In this case, you can just Freeze it. It is your sole responsibility to pass on your data to third parties or to other SexyRede.com users.
ATTENTION: To delete the User Registration, you need to send an email to suporte@SexyRede.com from the email that appears in the registration, requesting the total deletion of your account. If you have a profile, the profile is automatically deleted when we delete your account.
The provision of false information or the use of information from third parties constitutes a crime, qualified in the Brazilian Penal Code. In the event of any damage or loss to third parties or to SexyRede.com itself, due to the illegal attitude of any of its Users/Subscribers, they will be compelled to indemnify SexyRede.com, without prejudice to being liable for the respective losses and damages.
In this case, SexyRede.com reserves the right to terminate your Subscription the moment it becomes aware of the falsity or bad faith employed by the Subscriber, and may prevent your subsequent return to the services offered by the site, without any compensation.
If there is suspicion or strong evidence of misuse of the website services by any User/Subscriber, SexyRede.com may temporarily remove the profile from the air, without refunding any amounts paid, and, if the User/Subscriber's misconduct is confirmed Subscriber or violation of this agreement or of law, the removal will take place definitively, and SexyRede.com may refuse the new registration of the User who has violated any of the clauses included in this Term.
In this case, SexyRede.com will not be obliged to refund the amounts already paid by the User/Subscriber.

The User undertakes to notify SexyRede.com of any unauthorized use of their password or account, as well as any breach of security that may occur.
The SexyRede.com User/Subscriber may create only one free profile, since the site policy does not authorize the creation of more than one free or basic profile by the same person.

V. REVOCATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE USER'S PROFILE (or Account / Subscription)
Your membership may be terminated at any time, and for any reason, by simply sending an email to suporte@SexyRede.com from the registered email, requesting the closure of the account.
If any of the clauses of this agreement is questioned in court, the others will remain valid.

SexyRede.com has a software mechanism - whose system is automatic and without human intervention - that tracks certain words and/or combinations of them, available in the text messages exchanged between its Users/Subscribers, blocking them, in order to to avoid damage to the intellectual property of third parties and to SexyRede.com itself or to prevent the practice of acts prohibited by this agreement or illegal acts.
Therefore, SexyRede.com reserves the right to edit or change the content of any profile registered by its Users/Subscribers when verifying the use of offensive language or that makes an apology for illegal practices; finally, any content that violates the law, morals or good customs.
When content is identified that is in conflict with the contractual provisions contained in this Term of Adhesion or with the current legal system, SexyRede.com may exclude the User/Subscriber Profile, as well as reject any profile, text or photograph that does not meet the requirements entered. in this contract.
SexyRede.com may edit or change the content of any profile registered by its Users/Subscribers when there are references to electronic addresses, URLs, landline, cell or facsimile telephone numbers, offensive language or that advocates illegal practices, finally, any content that brings information that identifies the holder or that violates the law, morals or good customs. This restriction includes emails sent by Users/Subscribers, which may be altered due to the software contained in the SexyRede.com database that blocks the disclosure of such data, without any human interference to do so.
SexyRede.com is not responsible for meetings and/or relationships between its Users/Subscribers originated through the service it provides.
The SexyRede.com, when being sued for a fact committed by its User/Subscribers, has the right to recover what has been judicially spent against the person who gave cause, exercising its right of return.
SexyRede.com is not responsible, and cannot be held responsible, for the use that third parties make of the access information that Users/Subscribers have provided to them, such as password, nickname (nickname) or other similar information.

The damage caused to third parties by the use of false information by the Users/Subscribers will subject the latter to the penalties of the law, as well as the right of return on the part of SexyRede.com.
Users/Subscribers will only be able to access the services provided by the website for the purpose of establishing contacts for personal relationships or watching videos and photos Online.
Users/Subscribers may not disclose racist or prejudiced content on their profile, may not violate the rights of children or adolescents, may not disclose, transmit or make available any content that is owned by others, that violates copyright or image rights. of third parties, and may not send any message that contains viruses, nor disseminate ideas of a pedophile, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, profane, offensive or illegal nature.

Users/Subscribers undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of other Users/Subscribers with whom they relate, received through SexyRede.com, not being able to disclose them under any circumstances.
Users/Subscribers will keep all information provided through SexyRede.com confidential and is not authorized to transfer or disclose them without the express permission of the latter.
Users/Subscribers are fully responsible for the content of messages that they exchange with other SexyRede.com Users/Subscribers.
Users/Subscribers may not violate, intentionally or unintentionally, any legal rule present in the Brazilian and international legal system, nor claim ignorance of the normative provisions in force.
Users/Subscribers will not be able to intervene in SexyRede.com's transmission system or even copy, reproduce, duplicate or make use of the site's content for any purpose, being responsible for the illegal practices that it does, in this regard.
If there is a violation of any of these provisions or any others that are in this Term of Adhesion, SexyRede.com may, at its discretion, change or delete the content of the profile.

X.I. User/Subscriber PROFILE
The User/Subscriber profile is individual, very personal and non-transferable.

In the event of a violation of the provisions herein, when detected, the profile will be automatically removed from the air, in order to preserve the personal data of the Users/Subscribers, and said profile will be promptly restored, at the moment the Users/Subscribers delete this data from your profile. In the case of deletion of the profile, due to the exclusive fault of the Users/Subscribers, SexyRede.com will not refund the amounts already spent.

X.II. PHOTOGRAPHS AND ATTACHED MATERIAL
Users/Subscribers will not be able to use a photograph that is not owned by them in their personal profile, under penalty of incurring in the crime of misrepresentation, inscribed in article 299 of the Penal Code.
In the “Photo Album” space, extra photos may contain third parties, in addition to the User/Subscriber.
Eventually SexyRede.com may refuse photographs that are in disagreement with the standard established by the site or in disagreement with the legislation in force.
Users/Subscribers may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, exploit, or in any way transfer any material from SexyRede.com in any format, electronic or otherwise, for their personal use and/or commercial purposes.
All photographs and images submitted to SexyRede.com become the property of this site. Users/Subscribers agree to assign the image rights related to these photographs.

XI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MISUSE OF THE SITE
SexyRede.com is the owner of all rights relating to the Brand, title and services offered through its website, not authorizing the reproduction, transmission, exploitation or any use, commercial or personal, of the content of the website.
The exploitation, transmission, total or partial reproduction of the website content or its improper use will subject the violator to legal penalties.

XII. LINKS

XIII. JURISDICTION OF ELECTION:
In accordance with the legislation in force, the forum to settle any disputes arising from this contract will be that of the consumer.
If the dispute arising from this contract is not characterized by consumer legislation, the court of choice will be the court of the city of Salvador/BA.

XIV. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Term will be governed by the laws of Brazil and complies with the Brazilian legal system, the general principles of law and the international rules and treaties of electronic commerce, to which Brazil is a signatory. For all legal purposes, the service provided by SexyRede.com is provided in Brazil.
If the User/Subscriber does not agree with a certain clause of this Term, and obtains its nullity in court, the other provisions will not be harmed and will remain in force.
