Refunds only occur for one of the reasons below:

1 – When the user, for some reason beyond his or her will or ours, ends up making double payment.

2 – The User did not use the site (logged into his account) for a period of 90 days.

NOTE:
The Start's Plans Discount Period are not eligible for a chargeback. Because by joining it, you decide to take the test from 1 minute until the maximum period established by the chosen plan. If you cancel the test before the end of the period, you cannot request a refund, as the decision not to test further was yours.
